Thank you for shopping with AVELIN. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Used items are not eligible for a return or refund. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. At this time, returns are not supported for international orders.

Please ensure items are packed securely and returned using a reliable courier. AVELIN is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of return postage until your return has been confirmed.

How to start a return: 

To request a return, please email us at hello@avelin.co with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A photo of the unused item in its original packaging

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once received, returns may take up to 7 days for inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. 

After your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to stock availability and limited to one exchange per order.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For approved exchanges, AVELIN will cover the return shipping cost.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

At this time, exchanges are not supported for international orders.

Damaged and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receipt with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

We take quality seriously and will arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items 

Used items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. If an item shows signs of use, it will not qualify for a refund.
